Your app
When an account has a correct username and password and YOUR app says it’s wrong and you get emails detailing how you are at fault then isn’t it your job, your responsibility to fix it and ensure the same problem doesn’t happen again because that’s what a good company would do, but you aren’t a good company now are you 🙂

Music
Whenever I turn my music on while i’m in the shower, I would have to go back after every one or two songs and close the app then open it up again, wait for it to load, then pick another song.

Some of the Songs I saved from the old version of Trending aren't working
For some reason multiple songs that I've saved on the old version of Trending are not wanting to work here. What gives? I don't want to go through, delete them, then download them again. That's stupid. I don't understand why they didn't make a smooth transfer over to this version.

Multiple Songs are skipped when I try to just skip one
Multiple times when I've skipped a song, the app will skip over multiple songs. I'm only pressing the skip button once.

My WiFi is good I have full bars and it’s always saying there was a problem with my music .

It won’t let me play music on other devices
I have downloaded this app on my phone and iPad but it won’t work on one of them but it will on the other. I have re-downloaded the app multiple times and have also resit both devices... what is happening and why isn’t it working on one of my devices? It also won’t let me search or play music on the device that isn’t working

Fix your app
I contacted you 6 months ago that your app wouldn’t allow me to sign in despite having both the correct username and password so either fix YOUR APP or send me a list of all of my music

Nothing works
I can’t even put a song cause it will just erase the one I already had so there’s no point on getting a brand new song it will just delete them why fix THIS NOW!!!
