  1. Too many adds or wrong ones? Thanks

    To answer your question read my prior comment on times where in ads are inserted more frequently versus when they are not. Also when you change or skip a song or a playlist there’s a break in the formatted change the music is playing and an ad is going to insert. Versus you just playing your entire list and not causing a change or skipping around you won’t have ads. Also the wrong type of ads. Today a prompt was issued as to what is my choice for the specific ads I want to have play. So you do have…

  2. This makes me mad

    I can’t really listen To trending as much because when the ads show up there is no exit button and every single time I refresh the app it shows back up again and I can hardly listen to music anymore because of it I get aggravated and I just click off the app because I can’t exit off the add to listen to music there is no exit button!!!

  3. whole app

    the whole app is being wonky tbh. i’ll go to listen to a song and an ad will pop up, same one every time; blackout bingo. but there’s no x to click out of it. it just stays there forever. i even tried to go out of the app and go back on but it still didn’t work.

  6. Stop turning off my music. Let me leave the app.

    I want to sleep with my phone off not with your app open all night to drain my battery just so I can listen to a song. I’ve been using this app for close to 4 years and rarely had this problem. I don’t know what possessed you to turn off the songs when I leave the app but we don’t want that. Nobody wants that.

    I don’t mind having ads I don’t care that’s how you make your profit
    I do care however whenever the ads interfere with my music and I have to open the app every two minutes in order to close an ad so that my music will play correctly.
    Please fix this it’s very frustrating and I am on the point of just going to a different app.
