  3. Playback Error!!!!!

    Every time I use this app, there's always an error that pops up. But not only will it not let me play from my playlist, but it won't let me play from my favorites WITH wifi!!!!!

    Okay....So....Um....I previously deleted the old app off of my phone, not knowing they changed it on the App Store, to temporarily get more space for a photo edit I was making. I'm not trying to be rude, but the new version is absolute rubbish. On the old version, you could easily listen to songs offline, play music without the app being open, and play music when your phone is off.   15. Songs work but no videos do.

    Songs play BUT I CAN'T get the official music videos to show any videos. That is the only issue that I have. Please help me to fix this problem for me.
