  2. Im locked out of my account!!

    Ive been locked out of my account my account for close to 3 weeks now. For some unknown reason, the “password reset” button does not work at all, even though it will immediately send me my username on command. And the funny part is that i didn’t even log out. The app itself decided , “yeah screw this guy, log him out” and now ive lost hundreds of songs that ive gathered over the past couple years. Fix this

    At least paid version for no ads and offline HD music because some songs are offline but not HD

  5. Editing Music

    Can you do a select multiple songs feature to delete? Half of my songs disappeared and I can't delete old music without my app crashing!!! Thank you!:) also my music isn't loading anymore

    The songs won’t play. Even after being downloaded and everything unless I open the app the song doesn’t play. And sometimes it won’t play without WiFi

  15. Music control

    After the last update Today's day 6/19/19, everything is great seems like most problems are fixed but one thing the developers took away which was for me one BIG useful feature was the option to slide to the exact minute/seconds in the song from the lock screen or notification center etc... I really thought it was a BUG, hopefully you bring that back in the next update. Don't break what's not broken👍🏽 Thank you.
