Yeah I download a song but I won’t let me play if offline but it shows up as though I downloaded it

Ok so with this new update when I want a song I click the heart so it will download and I can listen offline right? Use to flash red and turn green when finished now it's just white. Someone help it won't download now

I always have internet connection but when I'm playing a song it doesn't work with downloading it. Please fix this problem for me!

My songs stops and completely exits off the app. Like it don't even finish the song it just shuts the song off and the screen to the song turns black
