Heart won't even turn green

I loved this app and now it don't even download the songs. Just plays them but don't download them when I tap the heart it blinks red and green please fix this

    Guys, I know what to do. You need to hit the heart. When it starts blinking, immediately turn off your data/wifi and let the song play for a minute. By then, the song would be downloaded, even without wifi.

    Mine is red and it won't turn green so that I can listen to it without wifi
