Heart changes from green to red but won't stay green

When I favorite a song the heart flashes from green to red but won't stay green even after I've listened to the whole song. It won't save my songs anymore.

Mine just stays gray. My friends phone changes to green. We literally have the same phone.

Lol it's supposed to do that. You have to let the song play a little then it'll stay green

happening to me. the only thing I have found that works (doesn't work every time only a few times) is go to your favorites and delete a song you don't listen to and then try to save it
