Tap song but a black screen

I'll tap a song and it'll act like it's going to play an ad but the screen is just black and I can't exit out of it. I have to close the app itself and try like 5-10 times to actually get it to play music I'm looking for or the songs I have on my favorite list.

    Same. It pisses me off. They need to fucking change it. Because this use to be a really good music app.

    Same thing happens to me. If you are sick of it and it happens again try exiting the app and wait for at least a minute then renter, if it doesn't work try turning your phone off then on then enter the app, if non of these work I'm sorry :/

    I deleted the app logged back in and all of my music was gone

    delete the app, log back on and it should play with nonblack screen. it worked for me! all music and playlists saved will still be there when reconnecting

    SAME! This happened to me today and this has never occurred to me before! I added a song to my favorites playlist and when I wanna hear, it goes out either black or straight to a commercial. When the commercial is finished after 20 seconds or so, there's no way to exit unless going back to the home button and closing out the "Trending" app tab. This is a big problem and I cannot listen to music anymore! Trending used to be my favorite app but now i guess I'll find another app. So plz help me!!!

    It either does that for me too, or it loads an ad that can't be closed.
