Tap song but a black screen

I'll tap a song and it'll act like it's going to play an ad but the screen is just black and I can't exit out of it. I have to close the app itself and try like 5-10 times to actually get it to play music I'm looking for or the songs I have on my favorite list.

I KNOW. I sent them a request to fix it. Nothing's happened and no one has been in touch. Honestly, just use Spotify. It's less of a hassle
