My favorites won't play offline anymore

All of a sudden my music that I had previously favorited and had been able to play offline many many time before, won't play anymore. Go online, it plays. Go offline it won't. The heart is green too. I just don't get it. And the same goes for new songs that I download, this app just doesn't really work anymore. I use this app to listen to music all the time going to school and practice, and I don't have the ability to use data all of the time. This really is quite frustrating, please fix. Thank you

    Same thing is happening to me when I go offline nothing plays. But when I'm online the music plays.

    Everything was working fine until yesterday when most of the songs wouldn't play offline but today is a different story. Nothing is playing, even on wifi. Not really sure what the problem is here, but clearly this is upsetting a lot of people and clearly there are many people with this same problem. There is never an update for bug fixes. Please get to the bottom of this. I can't go through the school day without listening to music:(

    It was working fine, then it logged me out. I logged back in and all of the sudden my songs wouldn't play offline anymore!

    Fix the problem, go back to the old and better app! I can't listen to any of my favorite music anymore.

    Can't even get it green! Just a white heart. Won't let me play it offline. Very upset about this..

    Fix this it's sucks now I used to love this app now I can't even play music with my phone turned off and my music won't play offline anymore and it makes me want to delete the app.

    that's happening to me too and it's also not letting me play music even when i'm online and i have to sign out and log back in just to play the music
