I cannot log in! I know my username and password is correct but it says "Login Failed" or says that something is incorrect! Please you have to fix this problem, I rely on this app I have all my Ariana Grade, Melanie Martinez, etc. songs on here. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!! I'M BEGGING!!! :(

Can't log in or anything because my format is incorrect then I try to email myself even though I know my username and password are correct to change my password and when I type in my email it again says failed format is incorrect blah blah blah. Y'all need to figure this shit out music is my get away and I had every song I've ever liked on this app saved.

I'm furious. It cut half of my songs in half so I logged out and logged back in, and now it's saying "data cannot be reached because it's in the wrong format" I HAVE IT IN THE RIGHT FORMAT!! I'm literally crying. Music is my life and I rely on this app to give it to me for free. I CANT EVEN MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
