It glitches out when I click the music

When I tap one music it doesn't work

My music is not playing, first I thought it was my internet, but my internet it’s working perfectly. Sometimes the app close by it self.

Every time I click on a song it kicks me out of the app; online and offline. I just want to be able to listen to my music again!

Every time I try to play a song, it kicks me out, offline and online. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but it doesn't change.😡
