When I’m off line I get an error message and music won’t play. How do I fix it?

It doesn’t show the sing it’s playing when of app

My music is not playing offline

It logs me out every two day music is my life fix it pls

It keeps closing on me when I try to play my music fix it this is my favorite app fix it fix it now

Mine hasn’t been working for 2 months I just got another app but I thought I’d try this app again and it still ain’t working offline

just re-download the song that isn’t working and it should work

Please fix it bc pet of my doesn't play offline under the "❤️'s". It acts like it is not there like it doesn't sense it. So please don't say that if we tap that little heart and it goes on category of whatever we changed it or kept it to means that we can listen to it offline and without data cause we can't. You guys need to fix it and not advertise things that aren't true.
