You can only listen to your hearts offline not playlists or I downloaded songs (red heart means it’s a downloaded song)

Just turn off your WiFi and cellular data. That’s what I had to do.

To listen to music offline you have to turn off cellular data for the app and make sure the song is downloaded when you add it
