  3. Music Downloads

    All new music I’ve downloaded in the past week has completely disappeared from my favorites list. When I was able to see it on the favorites list, they won’t load and play. Never had this problem before need an update on the app to fix the glitches or I’ll have to find a new app to use🫤. How do I get all those songs back that somehow got deleted?

  5. searched songs/ new songs not working?!

    songs that u search up won’t play because of ads, ads broke the app.. that’s why u can’t search up and listen to that song. i found out after trying many different ways of fixing this problem but this was the only way that made it work… it’s the ads breaking this app!!!!! if a 30 sec ad or the one that covers your whole screen shows up it’ll work, if it don’t pop up then songs wont work..

    After the last bug fix, it worked fine for like two days. Please PLEASE fix, cannot heart anything new and old ones don’t play!!

    Ads keep pausing music while not directly on the app. It used to not do this, reduce ads

  10. done with this app

    i’m frs done with this app.. they just make it worse and worse and they don’t seem to care so i’ll just go and find another app.

    i lost many or all of my songs twice already and then music that you search up won’t play.. i tried many ways to fix these problems and even sent an email but never got a word back from them. i’m just done with this app at this point and y’all should too!

  11. Saved music not playing

    Every other song I save to favorites won’t play and will just go black, and yet it will say the song is loaded at the same time? Then when I go to search the song on the search/explorer page it won’t play the song there either after I’ve saved the song. But then if I unsave the song and wait a while, then the song will load. I’ve tried saving it after it has loaded & I’m back to square 1 with the black screen and the song refusing to load again.

  18. My songs don’t have covers…

    Like I search up songs from YouTube and I choose which version of the song I like best and I memorize the cover, and like now I can’t really see the cover of songs.. Please fix this cuz I wanna add new songs to my playlist and I cant really do that..

  20. Ads keep multiplying

    The number of ads that pop up keep increasing. Every few buttons I push, there’s an ad. There’s always an ad after the first song and everytime I re-enter the app. I’ve been using this app for years, there used to barely be any ads.
