  2. It won’t let me play music on other devices

    I have downloaded this app on my phone and iPad but it won’t work on one of them but it will on the other. I have re-downloaded the app multiple times and have also resit both devices... what is happening and why isn’t it working on one of my devices? It also won’t let me search or play music on the device that isn’t working

  6. Alphabetize

    Please make an option where we can sort our playlists and favorites by alphabetical order. Right now I do it by hand and it’s getting increasingly harder to do with so many songs. Otherwise it’s so very hard to find the song you’re looking for

  13. Too much space!!!!

    This app is amazing but it’s taking up so much storage on my phone!!! I have ONE playlist (about 160 songs), and I don’t have any songs in my “favorites” (i.e. I have NOT downloaded any songs for offline use), and yet the app is still taking up a whopping 1.02 GB!!!!! Does anyone else have this problem and/or know how to fix it?????

  15. What the heck are you doing to this app

    What the heck happened to my music I used to have so many songs and after this recent update it deletes almost all songs and now I only have about 50. If I delete a song a song that was next in line from all the songs I used to have would come back but if I add a song it would take away a song it’s like I can only have a certain amount of songs

  16. Songs without video?

    With many songs saved on my app, the storage data definitely racks up. I believe this is because of it needing to keep the video file. So what if there was a way to have only the audio file saved to reduce the storage rate?

  18. Can’t search music.

    Every time I go to search a song it says error, tried deleting and reinstalling the app, didn’t work. Also, whenever I try to play certain playlists, the entire app crashes.

  20. When I download a new song it “downloads” I little too quickly and then when i try to listen to the new songs offline it wont even load them
