  4. It won’t play when my device is turned off

    I try getting off the app and it will stop playing I also try turning off my device and it stops playing. Please do your most to fix this problem

    When I try to go in and listen to certain playlists all it does is load. I can't access these playlists and it's really starting to piss me off. Sorry, in mad.

    Trending should have someone who monitors these threads and actually gets back to us. Even though we don't pay for this app, customer engagement really keeps people loyal and it's a bummer we're posting concerns that aren't actually being addressed. How do we know you guys are even reading this?

  16. I want to reset this app

    I would love to be able to reset this app but not lose my music songs. My problem is that when I did share my phone with my friend, this app did mess up and I can't get it to reset. That is all I want to do with it but I'm afraid of using a different app to use for my music.

  20. The Answer To Why People Can't Play Songs While They Aren't On The App

    The reason why people cannot listen
    to videos or songs in the background when they go to their home screen or turn their phone off is because this app only supports Apple phones with the background play feature. I don't know why that is but I hope this answers your questions and I hope it will be resolved soon. You're welcome and sorry for the inconvenience of using this app.
