  1. whole app

    the whole app is being wonky tbh. i’ll go to listen to a song and an ad will pop up, same one every time; blackout bingo. but there’s no x to click out of it. it just stays there forever. i even tried to go out of the app and go back on but it still didn’t work.

  2. This makes me mad

    I can’t really listen To trending as much because when the ads show up there is no exit button and every single time I refresh the app it shows back up again and I can hardly listen to music anymore because of it I get aggravated and I just click off the app because I can’t exit off the add to listen to music there is no exit button!!!

  3. Too many adds or wrong ones? Thanks

    To answer your question read my prior comment on times where in ads are inserted more frequently versus when they are not. Also when you change or skip a song or a playlist there’s a break in the formatted change the music is playing and an ad is going to insert. Versus you just playing your entire list and not causing a change or skipping around you won’t have ads. Also the wrong type of ads. Today a prompt was issued as to what is my choice for the specific ads I want to have play. So you do have…

  4. PayPal advertising

    Hello everyone has anybody noticed that when the PayPal advertising loads that it is virtually impossible to get rid of it once it’s done doing its thing whatever that is? The other day I had five songs play through while the PayPal app was still running. On the screen it presents itself is white with no discernible X or word saying done to exit it then when I do find one accidentally it connects me to the application store on Apple to load it up. Has anybody had a similar experience? It almost acts like ran somewhere we’re completely takes…

    I’d pay whatever for the ads to be removed. The ads are like 30 seconds long plus another five seconds to close the ad out. Please look into this...

  14. Nothing comes up when I search for a song when I know for a fact that it’s on YouTube

    It won’t let me search for a song it just comes up blank! Or if it does come up it’s not the song I was looking for it was completely fine a week ago but now it freaked out and I can’t get any of the new songs I like! And the songs are 100% on YouTube

  20. Still can’t download non-official songs/videos

    It’s been an issue for a couple months now but I find this commonly a problem when it’s not official channels or an official singer. For example if I were to download a Kpop song from GOT7 or a song by Arianna Grande, I could download/favorite those songs even as lyric/color coded songs. However, for cover artists or OST songs or even mixed/remix songs I can’t download/favorite them and they won’t even play. Please fix this as soon as possible because it’s depressing to not be able to download any song I want without having these kinds of problems.
