  2. The Answer To Why People Can't Play Songs While They Aren't On The App

    The reason why people cannot listen
    to videos or songs in the background when they go to their home screen or turn their phone off is because this app only supports Apple phones with the background play feature. I don't know why that is but I hope this answers your questions and I hope it will be resolved soon. You're welcome and sorry for the inconvenience of using this app.

    It's sounds good when connected to wifi then when I go offline it has bad quality sound

  5. Distorted Audio in Certain Songs

    Hey this may not be the first thing to look into but in some songs I’ve listened too like Panic at the Disco’s “Let’s Kill Tonight”, Skillet’s “I want to live” or Kingdom Hearts 0.2 opening the lyrics are numbed down and you get a distorted hearing of them. Comparing them to YouTube they sounded normal, but on here they are different in a bad sort of way.

  6. My songs won't play

    So... my songs use to play when my wifi on or off so after a while the whole thing just log me out I had to log back in. That's when all my songs was gone so i deleted it and tried to find something else that work for me so that didn't work so I downloaded trending again and log in my songs pop up now my songs not playing no more when I'm on wifi or off wifi I wanna listen to music

    I added a song to trending the old one but later it logged off by itself so I tried to log on again but it didn't work so I deleted it but I couldn't find it. My ideas; make it so that users can it use when we exit the app

  11. Music loads again!!!

    I got the update but then the music would not start. But then to day on 10/13/17 at 7:36 I put skipped my music until an ad played then my music started to work

  12. Offline songs

    When I'm on my favorites(offline songs)on an airplane and when I put it on airplane mode, I press on a song and all of my songs are loading and tells me that it doesn't work.

  17. Quality without data

    When i turn off all my connections (wifi, data, etc), i can only listen to low quality audio. The high quality audio button is only available with a connection, and it uses tons of data as if the song was never downloaded in the first place! Please let us listen to HD audio without data

  19. What Happened To the Green Heart?

    When I first found out about this app and downloaded it, the heart would turn green when you're music is ready but since after the update, there's no more green heart, it's just gray! Does that mean no more offline music or what?
