The application that you’re currently running this one what is the number? It can be found under settings about? Tell me when or what time of the day this happens? And what are you doing that causes the problem? Saying fix it? Doesn’t help me at all fix what? Thank you let me know please

Once the phone has powered up and you’re back on reload the application. Be sure all the current programs are running at the same time. Example your phone is upgraded and the application is the current one. Call me back

We need to know what type of phone you have what is your current operating system or iOS. When did this happen. What song were you trying to upload or save? Has the problem resolved itself? An error occurred while saving the comment starbucks107 commentedThe upgrade did cause some issues initially. My apologies. But the application is flawless and works perfect now. The issue is not with the application the issue is with your phone and it’s upgrade. Make sure that your phone is playing the current upgrade. When you have this occur if you’ve been using a phone for any amount of time five years or more you know that there’s always this game of catch up with upgrades there’s gonna be a delay with other programs trying to catch up and vice versa so be patient

An error occurred while saving the comment starbucks107 commentedBelieve it or not I tend to believe it. That many of these songs are on YouTube. If you can connect to YouTube along with this application then you shouldn’t have any problems but if you cannot connect to YouTube you’re not gonna be able to connect to this app. Because both of them require a connection to access the files that you’ve downloaded. The files you have or songs are not on your phone they’re on a cloud account sort of like

An error occurred while saving the comment starbucks107 commentedAgain it is because your phone is not the source of where your music goes. Meaning when you find a song it does not download physically to your phone. What is happening is you have but what is called a cloud account with this app where your music is stored. And you have to be able to logon to the cloud account to access your music if you cannot through an Internet connection then you’re not gonna play the music

The only thing I could come up with is that Mexico uses a different network for its communications with telephones. And they may not mesh with the current phone that you have now. The only solution if you need a quick fix. Is to buy a disposable phone in Mexico and try and see if you can download your account down there.

First off the music does not download to your phone. The music downloads to a remote cloud account under your name. If you were unable to play it and you’ve saved it before it is because the song has either been removed by the person who put it there. Or you have a week or lost connection to your account. As far as saving the song you have to ensure that if you find a song you like that you tap the heart. I save it as a favorite. You can also save it to a specific playlist if you want to. These are the options available to you with this application which I think are outstanding. -

An error occurred while saving the comment starbucks107 commentedThe song has either been removed. Or you’re out of range to a connection on the Internet or for the application to load properly. That is the most likely issue. Remember the songs are not on your computer or on your phone. They are remotely stored under your account which requires you to have a connection. I hope this solves some of your concerns about this problem.

There are peak times that the program will insert more ads. These I have found have been in the evening, the weekend evening, and the weekends.
If you load a song during the day like in the early morning I’d say four 5 o’clock in the morning you’re going to get a less advertising cues. Also what I’ve noticed changed which I think is good. Is that when you load the app up it doesn’t go to an advertisement right away. This I have to commend the people that administer the app big time.

Also if you play your music list and don’t change it or don’t skip songs it will play just about all the way through without any advertisement. The program is written that when you change your song there’s a break and that’s when they insert the ad. Thanks -
