    I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM I HAVE BTS SONGS ABD NOW THEY WINT SHIW IN MY FAVORITES ONLY HALF IF NY MUSIC THAT A DOWNLOADED I USE TO REFRESH AND IT WOULD WORK NOW IT DOES NOT AND IF THIS DIES NOT GET FIXED I WILL CRY BECAUSE HALF OF THISE SONGS ARE MY FAVORITE AND I WONT REMEMBER ALL OF THE ONES THAT DISAPPEARED SO I CAN MAKE A BEW PLAYLIST BECAUSE ITS NOT TGE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED SO I HAVE OVER 3 ACCOUNTS
